Education / BENCH BAR CONFERENCE
Held approximately every five years, the Bench-Bar Conference is a cooperative effort between the judges for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan and the Federal Bar Assocation Chapters from those districts. The Bench-Bar Conference offers an opportunity for judges and lawyers to interact and exchange ideas on improving the administration of justice throughout Michigan. Planning activities are currently underway for a Bench-Bar Conference to be held sometime in the Fall of 2008 at a resort in Northern Michigan.
